[Michael] Radiosity

I want a short project that won't feature creep on me as much as my games always do, given our reduced time and my lack of prep time.

I'm going to use OptiX and G3D to write one or more radiosity solvers; hopefully getting results in real time.

Victory condition: Having a standalone G3D program that can basically render
 in a minute.

Bonus condition 0: Reduce render time to 1-2 seconds
Bonus condition 1: Reduce render time to 67 ms
Bonus condition 2: Support dynamic objects.
